Application engineering starts with the component
A fan, electric motor rotor, roller, cardan shaft or disc-shaped component does not require the same mounting and correction method. At Metol Balans, the machine concept is defined by evaluating geometry, bearing surfaces, permissible residual unbalance and production volume together. Measurement, drive, tooling and correction are configured around that assessment. Cardan and drive shafts are addressed separately in the TARGET-S range.

What do we need to assess your application?
Send a drawing or component photograph with its mass, diameter, length, operating speed, permitted correction areas and daily production volume. Include the residual unbalance tolerance and target cycle time when available. These details help determine the machine family, mounting solution and required options. The enquiry window accepts PDF or JPEG attachments.
